Elethia Perez was born and raised in the Bronx with a passion to help people who are unable to help themselves. Elethia grew up with a sister who has disabilities and has seen her struggle firsthand. She realized that there were many individuals in these similar circumstances who required an advocate on their behalf.

On October 18, 2010, Elethia embarked on her career path with Romano | At Law. Starting within our Medical Records department and gaining the tools throughout the years, Elethia quickly demonstrated efficiency and her willingness to grow. Becoming a Paralegal and thereafter a Representative aided in her experience with handling all types of cases related to Social Security Disability.  

Joseph A. Romano, Esq. became a role model and mentor in the start of Elethia’s career, pushing her to reach her highest potential and aspire for greatness. Elethia became a licensed Representative in 2020 and today continues to increase her skill set by taking EDPNA Courses and Webinars. She is confidently able to determine case success and provide the best legal advice. Throughout the years, she has handled varies claims related to Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income, and Widows’ benefits. Elethia specializes in Initial Application, Reconsideration, Hearings, Appeals Council, and Federal Court Appeals, while also showing much success in Children and Adult Disability claims.
